TPC Sawgrass Weddings

We are proud to be one of three approved coordinators for wedding ceremonies at TPC Sawgrass!  Our services are included with your TPC ceremony package.

The day before the wedding, your coordinator will ensure that the bridal party is comfortable with their wedding-day duties during the rehearsal. On the wedding day, she will be your personal assistant leading up to the ceremony, beginning two hours before “showtime.”  Also included are:

  • One-hour meeting with the bride and groom one month prior to the wedding to discuss the ceremony order and answer any questions (at our Jacksonville office, at TPC Sawgrass, or by phone)
  • Confirm each ceremony vendor’s arrival and setup time the week of the wedding
  • Direct rehearsal in conjunction with the officiant
  • Coach ushers about proper seating etiquette
  • Instruct flower girls and ring bearers about their roles
  • Make sure the readers know where to sit and where to stand for the readings
  • Cue bridal party for processional
  • Adjust the bride’s veil and train prior to walking down the aisle
  • Ensure unity candle or other ceremonial items are in place prior to the start of the ceremony
  • Make other ceremony vendors (photographer, videographer, musicians) aware of ceremony timeline
  • Address any last minute questions or concerns
  • Offer seating assistance to late-arriving guests
  • Provide wedding-day emergency kit
Once the ceremony has concluded, your coordinator will move personal items inside (portraits, candles, etc.) and ensure the post-ceremony photo session has begun.
