Wedding Planning and Coordinating Services
We treat all of our clients as individuals, because every wedding should be unique. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your event details, and will be happy to create a proposal tailored to your exact needs. Your investment is based on several factors, including:
- number of expected guests
- the location(s)
- number of hours on-site
- staffing level requested or required to ensure a successful event
- level of services requested
On-Site Wedding Management
Enjoy your wedding day without the stress of making sure everything is running smoothly! One month before the wedding, we will walk through the ceremony and/or reception sites with you, then discuss all the details of the wedding day. Your bridal party will receive an informational letter two weeks before the wedding with their instructions, and we will confirm all contracted services with your vendors. In addition to attending the rehearsal, we will be available for up to eight hours on the wedding day to oversee all the activities.
Full Service Wedding Planning
When you select Master Bridal Consultant™ Heather Canada as your wedding planner, you will work with her to create a wedding celebration that is a true reflection of your love for each other. From selecting the venue to choosing the smallest details, Heather will guide you through the planning process to make your wedding one of a kind.
