Our top-level package includes unlimited meetings throughout the planning process and unlimited time on the wedding day. For the out-of-town bride, or the bride with a demanding schedule, we attend every meeting with you, or act as your representative when meeting with vendors. The V.I.P. package also includes the coordination of other wedding weekend activities, such as golf outings, fishing charters and spa treatments.
For the bride and groom that have time to plan their wedding but need some guidance, we offer planning help and wedding day coordination. We will hear all about your wedding vision with our initial planning meeting, where we will discuss your budget, style and priorities. You will receive a customized wedding planning timeline, along with monthly email reminders of due dates. We will research available vendors that meet your budget and style needs,provide you with a minimum of three recommendations per category, and attend some vendor meetings. This package also includes the services listed in our On-Site Wedding Management package listed below.
Enjoy your wedding day without the stress of making sure everything is running smoothly! One month before the wedding, we will walk through the ceremony and/or reception sites with you, then discuss all the details of the wedding day. Your bridal party will receive an informational letter two weeks before the wedding with their instructions, and we will confirm all contracted services with your vendors. In addition to attending the rehearsal, we will be available for up to eight hours on the wedding day to oversee all the activities.
Additional Service Options
Expert Advice Package ($2,500)The Expert Advice Package is perfect for the couple that has chosen a full-service venue with an on-site coordinator. Accredited Bridal Consultant™ Heather C. Trimboli will provide consultations throughout the planning process, vendor recommendations, and design guidance. This package does not include wedding day coordination services.
Hourly Consultations ($75 per hour)
One-hour meetings can be booked at any stage in the planning process without need for a contract, and can be used for general advice, budget help, creative suggestions, menu planning, etiquette guidance and more!
Off and Running ($300)
A three-hour planning session kicks off your wedding preparations, and gets you heading in the right direction. Ask questions, get advice, and discuss the best vendors for your event. You will also receive budgeting help and a wedding planning timeline.
Design and Décor Advice ($150 per two-hour session)
Join us for a meeting at the reception venue to discuss the overall look of the event where we will discuss color and theme, and help you choose your table linens, centerpieces, menu cards and other decorations. Design meetings can also be held at the ceremony venue or florist.
Venue Selection ($200)
We will research available ceremony and reception venues that will meet your needs. We will look at your budget, guest list, style and other preferences and provide a list of our top three recommendations with a cost comparison spreadsheet.
