I was very hesitant to get a day of coordinator and I would completely recommend one if you are debating it. I reached out to First Coast 45 days before my wedding and it was absolutely worth every penny. Heather and Laura were fantastic and took all of the pressure and planning off of me and my family the day of the wedding. They were very easy to reach if I needed them and communicated multiple times to make sure everything went the way that I wanted it. Thank you again, I couldn't imagine my wedding without your help.

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you what a great job your team did for our wedding. Throughout the last few months, we have really enjoyed working with Emma. She has been patient, sweet, and overall just awesome throughout the planning process. The night of the wedding, she was truly a star. We had some hairy moments where anyone could’ve been overwhelmed and she was very poised and polite throughout it all. I was so grateful to have her calm sense of energy around me! We also loved meeting Kari last weekend. She and Emma were great with the rehearsal on Friday night and what a small world, she knew some of our bridal party, which helped everyone to feel even more comfortable! Lastly, Melanie was a lifesaver with my dress and helped my bridesmaids to finally get it rigged up so I could enjoy the night without tripping over my train. Now that we're home from our honeymoon and settled back into life, I wanted to thank you for everything you did for our wedding. Having done all of the wedding and honeymoon planning ourselves, it was wonderful to have you take over all aspects for the day of. It was so reassuring to know you confirmed and coordinated all the vendors. You made our rehearsal and wedding day go so smoothly. Working with you and the other coordinator felt like sharing the day with friends so we weren't nervous at all. Darren and I were able to enjoy our day completely. It was an amazing feeling to be standing in the hallway, ready to walk outside and seeing my brothers standing at the doors. You arranged everything perfectly. I didn't even panic when my veil starting catching on the brick walkways because I knew you would help as soon as I asked. And you really saved me with that granola bar right before we walked out!

You must know how great Emma is, otherwise you wouldn't have her on your team, but I wanted to take a moment to give feedback about our wedding planning journey Emma (with her grace and hard working attitude) guided us on.
I loved having Emma as my wedding planner. She was such a huge and special part of our wedding and engagement. She made the planning process truly memorable and easy. She made us feel like she was a part of our team, rooting for us and working hard so we could have the perfect wedding. She really is an exceptional person and professional.
I was so relaxed on my wedding day (shocking to my friends and family), solely because I had Emma as my planner. I knew she would execute everything with perfection, knew she hadn't missed one single detail in the planning process, and trusted her to put out any fires that could possibly come up day of -- and she absolutely did all of these things.
Emma is a highly organized professional who puts 100% effort into keeping the bride, groom (and anyone else involved in the wedding planning process) on track. There wasn't a day that went by in the 9-month planning process that I felt like we may be overlooking something. Emma was there for us every single week leading up to our wedding, whether it be an email, phone call, vendor update or even just a hello. She even checked in with me while she was on an international vacation with her family to see how I was doing, making sure I was focused on the action items I needed to take care of, and even asked if I needed her to contact any vendors.
Her personality makes her the perfect leader for bride and groom. She is gentle, but precise, upbeat, but not at all cheesy. I was especially impressed with how she gave direction to vendors, bridal party, and family on the day of the wedding. She commanded attention without being abrasive. Everyone loved her and a few even went out of their way to comment on how hard she worked. I also noticed how well-received and respected she was by all of the vendors.
To completely describe Emma's commitment to our wedding would take hours, so I'll stop here, but would be happy to recommend Emma and First Coast Weddings and Events to anyone considering your services. You guys are the best.

After all the months of planning, it's hard to believe Katie and Bill are now a married couple! Tim and I would like once again to thank you for your part in helping to create the wedding of Katie and Bill's dreams. Planning a destination wedding, in a location that I knew very little about, was, at first, very intimidating. However, your suggestions and advice were very reassuring. We were so pleased with all your recommendations - all the vendors were so easy and extremely enjoyable to work with and made our planning experience so much fun! Thank you for your help in transporting everything once we arrived in Amelia Island. It was so nice not to have to worry about all of that. The biggest thank you is for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Being able to really enjoy Katie and Bill's wedding and have fun with our guests was our ultimate goal. Words cannot describe how amazing you were and how grateful Bob and I are that you made the evening a very memorable night for Jenna and Kenny and for everyone who attended. From the pre-planning to the last sparkler, we couldn’t have imagined a better ceremony and reception. Everything was perfect, and we owe it all to you. We have received many phone calls and texts raving about the venue, the ceremony, reception, food, etc.
You and Molly took care of everything ( some things I’m sure we don’t know and don’t want to know!) and allowed us to celebrate the night with family and friends without worrying about anything.
