Courtney and Nick selected one of Jacksonville’s most historic and distinguished venues for their wedding ceremony and reception. Epping Forest Yacht and Country Club, originally built in the mid-1920s as the grand estate of Alfred I. duPont and Jessie Ball duPont, remains an enduring symbol of elegance along the St. Johns River. In the 1980s, the mansion was restored with great care and added to the National Register of Historic Places, and today it stands as a private club that blends its storied past with refined modern amenities.
